Bookmarks, WeChat favorites, notes full of 'read later' rarely get read. Not because you don't organize, but organizing costs more than it pays. Let AI own read-extract-link, and the KB comes alive.
Step 1: Let AI read on save
Don't just save links. On save, have AI output three lines: one-sentence core idea, what problem it solves, what scenario fits. Those three lines become your future search index.
Step 2: Auto tag & categorize
Give AI your common topics (e.g. 'growth', 'AI tools', 'overseas'), let it tag each item with 1–3. Recall by topic beats scrolling a timeline 10x.
Step 3: Link items together
Monthly, have AI scan the library and surface three relations: conflicting, complementary, same-method-different-cases. Push them to you. Links spark new ideas.
Step 4: Ask, don't dig
The real value is questions like 'where's that pricing case I saved'. Wire the library to chat search; ask directly, AI returns the source and excerpt.
Saving isn't the finish line; a save you can query is an asset.
