Most creators stall on 'what to write' and 'it reads dry'. Scripting can be pipelined: five steps, each to the right AI, human only judges and speaks. Here's a workflow that sustains solo daily posting.
Step 1: Topic (15 min)
Skip inspiration. Pull daily from three sources: FAQ in comments, pain points in competitors' comments, your own search history. Ask AI to rank by controversy, usefulness, visualizability; pick top 3.
Step 2: Outline (5 min)
Give AI a fixed template: hook + 3 points + twist ending. Control the rhythm — the first 3 seconds must spark conflict or counter-intuition, or retention dies.
Step 3: Script (10 min)
- Under 20 chars per line, spoken, like talking to a friend
- Use 'you' not 'we' to pull viewers in
- Mark pauses at key data for editing
Step 4: Title & cover text (5 min)
Have AI write 10 titles; pick the two with the strongest curiosity gap for A/B. Cover text = the most conflicting phrase from the title.
Step 5: Tags & post copy (3 min)
AI tags per platform vibe: Douyin loves topics, Bilibili sections, Xiaohongshu keywords. When repurposing one script, rewrite tags — don't copy.
A pipeline isn't laziness — it frees your brain for the judgments that matter most.
